Products offered for sale by Rocket Aquatics are new as supplied by the manufacturer and carry the Manufacturer's Warranty. The products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase.
This Warranty generally covers any faults or defects that are due to faulty design, manufacture or workmanship. It does not cover misuse, neglect, willful damage, modification, adaptation, overloading or repair unless authorised by us in writing.
Any products returned under this Warranty may be repaired or replaced with products of similar specification at our discretion.
We are happy to assist you with any returns issues you may have and most products may be returned for replacement, or refund subject to the following conditions. (see below)
We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that are not returned with their original packaging or show obvious signs of previous use, unless they are faulty and still within the manufacturers warranty.

Conditions
1. If you have a problem with your product please notify us in writing (e-mail is preferable) and send the product back to us, in the original packaging and condition, with proof of purchase and the order number, within 10 working days of the date that the product was received by you.
2. Please describe exactly what the problem is and what action you want us to take. Please also read Warranties.
3. In the case of a repair or replacement, we will inspect the product to determine whether the item is faulty. If the item is deemed to be faulty it will be repaired or replaced. In the case of the item not being faulty it will be returned to you at your cost.
4. Special Information Regarding Aquariums and Tanks
We regret to advise that we can not offer refunds on aquariums, tanks or cabinets / stands after they have been delivered and accepted. If you require any advice or assistance to insure you pick the correct product, please call or e-mail.
5. You are responsible for any costs incurred returning products to us, however, we are responsible for the cost of returning repaired or replacement goods to you.
6. Should any parts be missing, damaged or consumable items be used in whole or part, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund due to you, for the whole value of the missing, damaged or consumable items.
7. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until a member of our staff has viewed and signed for their receipt. Again, products returned must be safely packaged to prevent any damage.
8. If, for some reason we have to cancel an order or refund your card in part or in full, we can and will do this promptly and may contact you via e-mail or phone to inform you.
